How we produce are recognisable logos
All our printed logos are produced by using DTF printing (DirecttoFilm printing) is a modern garment decoration method where your design is printed onto a special PET film, coated with adhesive powder, cured with heat, and then pressed onto fabric. The result is a vibrant, durable print that works on almost any material — cotton, polyester, nylon, blends, light or dark fabrics.
What DTF actually involves
- Print onto PET film using CMYK + white waterbased inks.
- Apply hotmelt adhesive powder while the ink is still wet.
- Cure the film so the powder bonds to the ink.
- Heatpress the film onto the garment, then peel away the backing. This creates a flexible, longlasting print that bonds into the fibres rather than sitting on top.
Why people use DTF
- Works on any fabric (cotton, polyester, nylon, blends).
- Vibrant colours, even on dark garments thanks to the white under base.
- No pretreatment needed (unlike DTG).
- Great for small batches, custom designs, and print on demand.
How it compares to other methods
- DTG: prints directly onto fabric but struggles on dark/synthetic materials.
- Screen printing: great for bulk orders but requires screens and setup.
- Sublimation: only works on polyester. DTF is more flexible and easier for small runs or mixedfabric jobs.
