Our Promise
We want you to love your Anglesey Clothing Co. purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 28 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Sale items can be exchanged but are non-refundable unless faulty.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
- If you need a different size or colour, please contact us before returning your item.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at info@angleseyclothing.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
